CASE STUDY: round case back filtering in a wood grinder
These new product seperators are being used in a wood grinder. Within this installation, 2.5 t/hrs. wood is finely crushed and elevated with a suction-pneumatic process. The bag filter is located in the roof , directly placed atop of both the "Kreuzjoch - Plansichter" plansifters. Each bag filter uses two outlets with a HAINKE rotary valve ( Type SL 350-NCS). The bag filter is depressurized with a bursting disc and with the means of a spark elemination system protected from initial sparking fires.
